Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. 50% deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to arrival date. Remaining 50% balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Reservations made within 45 days of occupancy must be paid in full at the time of booking. If the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival date, full payment is refundable only if reservation dates can be rebooked. If host is unable to rebook cancelled reservation dates, all payments are forfeited.

 

  • 3 night minimum stay is required.
  • 14.416% Hawaii GET & TAT taxes will be added to room rate.
  • Cleaning fee of $450 is required.
  • $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required.

 

Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m.

Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Children under 12 years of age are not allowed due to steep drop offs & the pool area is not fenced.

We allow up to 4 guests maximum per stay.

Only registered guests are permitted on property unless authorized by host.

Pool heating is an additional charge of $100 per day.

No pets or smoking allowed.
